Bread Crumbs, 4 Sandwich Slices



Fresh ---------------------------------4 ounces (115G) = 2 cups, loosely packed

Dry ---------------------------------- 4 ounces (115G) = 3/4 cup



Brown Sugar -------------------------1 pound (450G) = 1-1/3 cups

Confectioner's Sugar-----------------1 pound (450G) = 4 cups



Eggs



Egg Whites, U.S. large ----------------1 = 2 tablespoons

8 = 1 cup

Egg Yolks, U.S. large------------------1 = 1 tablespoon

16 = 1 cup



Fruits Dried and Pitted



Plump---------------------------------1 pound (450G) = 2-2/3 cups

Cooked and Pureed ------------------1 pound (450G) = 2-1/3 cups



Fruits, Fresh, such as Apples and Pears (3 medium-small)



Raw and Sliced-----------------------1 pound (450G) = 3 cups

Cooked and Chopped----------------1 pound (450G) = 1-2/3 cups
