Seasoned Pasta Toss




12 oz spaghetti or other pasta

Water

Salt

1 big bunch parsley

4 cloves garlic

4 tbsp olive oil



good with grate parmesan cheese, crusty bread and dry white wine



In a very large pot, cook pasta in boiling salted water according to pkg directions

Drain pasta well in a colander



Keep pasta warm, well covered



Rinse and finely chop parsley

Mince or press garlic cloves



In a large casserole or pan, heat olive oil

Add chopped parsley and garlic



Add pasta and toss to combine

Heat slowly

Serve immediately
